Decision Making
It has become apparent that companies invariable link "Quality" to a "cost factor" when making a decision.
In real terms "the cost of doing something, has proven to be less than the cost of not doing something", so by delaying that decision Companies can be haemorrhaging money without knowing the reasons why.
How We Work
We partner with our Clients, by joining forces with Executive Management to identify the highest priority business process problems and issues that allows us to harness the collective talents of both the Client's organisation and Granger's Consultancy Services to solve them. We bring with us a wealth of practical experience and well tested and proven proprietary methods and systems. Every member of our highly trained staff is dedicated to the delivery of a benchmark quality service that is guaranteed to add value to the Client's operations.
Qualstanplus® Model
By listening to the feedback from our many Clients, Granger's Consultancy Services has over the past year, been mapping and developing a "standard implementation model" that would ensure we provide services that will appeal to prospective Clients and address those pointers raised by existing Clients. The result of our year's work has resulted in the branding of our work under the Qualstanplus® model.
The Qualstanplus® model is made up of three Phases:
PHASE 1 - GETTING STARTED
- Hold an initial meeting with the Client to develop shared perception and mutual understandings.
- Gain insight into the business scope, goals, objectives and procedures/processes already in place.
- Explain the Qualstanplus® model and how this will interact with Clients' existing method of work.
- Agree a date for a "Gap Assessment Profile" to be undertaken to identify potential shortcomings and/or problem areas. Produce a written report.
- Discuss the contents of the "Gap Assessment Profile" written report.
- Based upon these discussions, agree an implementation programme and submit a proposal for the Client's consideration based upon the extent of work required. Cost of the "Gap Assessment Profile" will be reimbursed in full upon the signing of an agreement with Granger's Consultancy Services.
PHASE 2 - WORKING PROGRAMME
- Agree and implement strategies and tactics for designing, developing and implementing the working programme.
- Compile a "Governance and Administration Policy" document.
- Identify and utilisation of Company's personnel own skills and knowledge.
- Design and introduce work processes in a flow-chart format.
- Ensure Management and Employees are properly educated on actions undertaken throughout the working programme.
PHASE 3 - MONITORING
- Upon completion of the working programme, perform verification audits to verify:
- integrity of the work processes that have been implemented
- work task responsibilities are understood and manageable
- processes are effective in meeting their objective
- Discuss and incorporate improvements identified during the verification audits.
- Agree an internal audit programme so "continual improvement" can be realised.
- Educate Company personnel on the principles and practical use of "self assessment'".
- If required, train selected personnel to become competent "Internal Auditors".
